How to uninstall CleanMyMac

You can remove CleanMyMac by simply dragging it to the Trash. However, by doing this — as with deleting any other app — it will leave application leftovers on your Mac. It is recommended to use the Uninstaller tool of CleanMyMac for complete removal — it is found within the Applications feature.

And here's how to uninstall CleanMyMac:

1. Open CleanMyMac.
2. Click Applications > Scan > Manage My Applications > Uninstaller.
3. Find CleanMyMac in the list of apps and select it.
4. Click Uninstall.
5. Confirm that you are going to remove the app in the message that pops up.
